Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking an experienced Progress and Support Tutor to join the Progress and Support Tutor Team. You will provide holistic pastoral support to students, helping them stay motivated and thrive at college.

You will monitor attendance, engagement and academic progress for around 180–220 students, plan weekly Tutorial sessions, and offer guidance on personal development, study skills, employability and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral support and wellbeing-focused student development.
• Ability to monitor attendance, engagement and academic progress.
• Strong communication with students, parents, teachers and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, engagement and academic progress for approximately 180–220 students.
• Plan and deliver weekly Tutorial sessions with guidance on personal development, study skills and employability.
• Provide targeted support and liaise with parents, carers, staff and external agencies as needed.
