You will monitor academic progress, personal development and engagement to help learners achieve positive outcomes throughout their programmes.

You will conduct Personal Development Reviews, provide coaching to set SMART targets, monitor attendance, and follow up for individuals

• Provide academic and pastoral support to a defined student cohort.
• Monitor progress and personal development across college departments.
• Carry out Personal Development Reviews and mentor students.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and follow up for individuals and groups.
• Coach and mentor to help students set SMART targets.
• Maintain records and contribute to student support plans.
• Identify safeguarding or wellbeing concerns and refer appropriately.
