Farnborough College of Technology is seeking an Achievement and Progress Coach to work closely with the Assistant Principal to monitor attendance and academic progression. The role involves offering practical advice and emotional support to students and serving as the main point of contact between the College, students, and their families.

We value excellent communication, strong interpersonal abilities, and solid IT skills; experience in Further Education or with young people is advantageous.

• Sound IT skills, with Microsoft Office desirable.

Responsibilities
