Job summary

Reigate School is seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant to take on the role of Progress and Achievement Coach. You will support an individual child or, when required, small groups within the classroom and work with a committed team to raise attainment.

The role requires Level 2 qualification in Maths and English, strong ICT skills, and a proactive approach to interventions and inclusive practice. This is a part-time, term-time position supporting students across 39 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Be an effective communicator with both adults and young people.
• Have the ability to plan and deliver a range of interventions.
• Be committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour.
• Be confident in the use of ICT to support learning.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a committed team.
• Be committed to inclusion and equality of opportunity.
