Job summary

Outwood Academy Adwick in Doncaster is seeking a Learning Manager to drive student welfare, intervention, and data‑driven monitoring. You will support year groups, work with the Inclusion Co-ordinator, and coordinate with external agencies to remove barriers to learning.

The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the confidence to engage with students, parents and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting students with behavioural and welfare needs.
• Ability to monitor and track student progress using data.

Responsibilities

• Support all students in year groups with academic and behavioural needs.
• Work with Inclusion Co-ordinator and Leadership Team to improve attendance and outcomes.
• Use MIS to track and intervene with at-risk students and liaise with external agencies.
• Prepare referrals and reports for students needing intervention.
• Attend case conferences and other meetings regarding student welfare.
