Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with safeguarding and student welfare
• Strong organisational and case-management skills
• Data-driven approach to monitoring student progress
• Ability to collaborate with external agencies and professional services

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor students in year groups to remove barriers to learning
• Lead on welfare, intervention planning and attendance initiatives
• Utilise MIS to track and report on student progress and behaviour
• Attend meetings and case conferences with the Inclusion Co-ordinator and Leadership Team
