Outwood Academy Adwick is seeking a Learning Manager to champion student welfare, oversee strategic intervention and data-driven monitoring. You will manage complex student cases and collaborate with external agencies to remove barriers to learning.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with students and understand issues faced by learners.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Experience in welfare, intervention and data-driven monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support all students academically and behaviourally.
• Collaborate with the Inclusion Co-ordinator and Leadership Team on improving behaviour, attendance and outcomes.
• Lead case conferences, prepare referrals and reports for students needing intervention.
• Utilise the Academy's MIS and Praising Stars system to track and intervene with at-risk students.
• Coordinate with external agencies to support complex student cases.
