• Lead the management of the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC).

• Support mentoring and welfare to promote integration back into mainstream school.
• Create personalised timetables for individuals and groups with SLT and Inclusion Team.
• Deliver courses to cohorts to provide relevant qualifications.
