Job summary

onlyFE in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated progress coach to support a caseload of students. You will work with academic tutors to monitor progress, identify barriers, and provide timely guidance to help learners succeed.

This term-time role runs for 39 weeks, with a pro-rata salary of £22,194.79 and a full-time equivalent of £25,947. You will develop learner progress plans, engage with students individually, and contribute to improved outcomes and course completion.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Advice and Guidance or commit to achieve one.
• Hold a Level 2 Mental Health qualification or commit to achieve one.
• Hold a Level 2 Understanding Autism qualification or commit to achieve one.
• GCSE Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent, or commit to attainment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of students to ensure progression and completion.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to support learner progression.
• Lead induction for new students and liaison with EHCP/HN cases.
• Support learners through one-to-one meetings to meet targets.
• Develop professional relationships with students and teaching staff.
