Job summary

Kingston College is seeking a Pastoral Tutor to support learner progress and wellbeing. This role covers 36 hours per week over 36 weeks per year, term-time only, and includes 1:1 learner meetings and college group tutorials.

You will work with staff and parents to monitor progress, signpost to wider support, and be part of the safeguarding team, managing a learner caseload as needed.

Qualifications

• Deliver 1:1 meetings with learners and run group tutorials.
• Support learner progression and signpost to wider college support.
• Be part of Safeguarding team and manage a learner caseload.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor progress of Further Education learners.
• Liaise with staff and parents/guardians regarding learner progress.
• Signpost learners to wider support as needed.
• Support safeguarding duties within the college.
