Job summary

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a proactive Student Success Tutor to support student retention and satisfaction. You will work closely with ESL lecturers and the student services team to provide first-hand academic guidance and coordinate one-to-one sessions, workshops, and other teaching activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, experience in higher education, and a proactive, student-centered approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a UK-recognised university.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or academic support in a higher education setting.
  • Experience working with students and coordinating academic support activities.

Responsibilities

  • Advise a set number of students to support retention and progress.
  • Coordinate with ESL lecturers and student support teams.
  • Schedule one-to-one sessions and assist with submissions, deadlines and support services.
  • Provide learning resources and interventions to address student needs.
  • Maintain student engagement and report risks to academic staff.
