Job summary

Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet invites applications for two experienced Student Services Managers. The role focuses on pastoral support, safeguarding, and coordinating with students, families, staff and external agencies in a busy environment.

Essential experience in pastoral care is required. Knowledge of behaviour management and restorative justice is valued, with an understanding of local authority fair access and support for disadvantaged pupils.

Qualifications

• Essential pastoral experience.
• Background in positive behaviour management desirable.
• Experience with restorative justice practices advantageous.
• Understanding of external agencies and local authority fair access panel.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with students, staff, parents and external agencies in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Manage a variety of tasks while being personable and approachable.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships to support pupils’ development.
