This opportunity is based at the Minster College.

At Leigh Academy Snowfields, we believe every child deserves the chance to succeed, no matter the challenges they face. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and compassionate Student Services Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of our students.

This isn’t just a job - it’s a chance to make a real difference to young people every single day, helping them feel safe, supported and empowered to reach their full potential.

As a key member of our non-teaching team, you will support all aspects of pastoral care, helping to create a caring, secure and inclusive environment where every student is valued and able to thrive. You will build positive and trusting relationships with students, providing a safe space for them to talk, express themselves and access the support they need.

As the Student Services Manager, you will play a key role in establishing supportive relationships with students, offering a safe space for them to talk and express themselves. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Head of Therapy, class teachers, and other professionals, you will contribute to the development and delivery of vital intervention programmes. These may include social skills, emotional resilience, friendship building, bereavement support, and anger management sessions.

If you are compassionate, enthusiastic and committed to helping young people overcome challenges and thrive, we would love to hear from you.

Join Leigh Academy Snowfields and be part of a team that makes a real difference, every single day.
