Job summary

Leicester College is seeking a proactive Student Services Advisor within the College Student Services team to support customers and coordinate key information.

You will perform data entry, editing, interpreting and analysing data, provide funding guidance, conduct Right to study assessments, and handle enquiries face to face, by phone, and by email, contributing to a practical, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 2 minimum in Maths and English.
• Level 2 IT qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in a busy customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, editing, interpreting and analysing data.
• Support customers with advice around funding and conduct Right to study assessments.
• Handle enquiries face to face, over the phone, and via email.
• Be a great team player and maintain high service standards.
