Job summary

Derby College Group invites applications for a Safeguarding Advisor at the Ilkeston campus. The role focuses on safeguarding vulnerable students in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance, enabling timely interventions and coordinated support to safeguard well-being and learning progress.

The post holder will work with external agencies and internal teams to ensure safety, promote inclusion, and support students to overcome barriers to success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable students and young people.
• Strong communication with students, colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities
