TeacherActive Limited is seeking an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead for a permanent, full-time position in Leamington Spa. The role covers safeguarding referrals, advice on child protection and Prevent, and coordination with external agencies to support learners aged 14 to 16 and those in off-site provision.

The post requires a Level 3 qualification (plus Level 2 English) and recent safeguarding training, with the ability to lead safeguarding within a further education context.

Competenze

• Experience of leading safeguarding within an education setting.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, Keeping Children Safe in Education and Prevent.
• Able to work with external agencies and staff to support learners.
