Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Managing our Spaces: oversee operational calendar and student lifecycle, mentor junior team members, ensure health & safety inspections and maintenance issues are resolved.
• Handle administration: bookings, check-in/out, arrears and purchase orders, student payments and room moves.
• Manage Student Accounts and Arrears: ownership of arrears process and debt management strategy, monitor payments.
• Be Responsible Person for water hygiene, ensure compliance with water systems and testing as per plan.
• Support sales cycle: contribute to occupancy targets, drive responsive follow-ups, develop referral networks with local universities.
• Lead team of Yugoers: support residence manager in recruitment and development, promote teamwork and objective clarity.
