Yugo USA LLC is seeking a friendly and reliable House Keeper in Central Birmingham to join our student accommodation team. You will clean communal areas and rooms, and periodically deep clean vacated rooms and kitchens between tenancies, ensuring spaces are highly presentable for students.

Applicants should have experience in similar roles, an eye for detail, and a can-do attitude. Health and safety responsibilities are part of the role, with a supportive team and competitive benefits on offer.

• £27,040 per annum
• 40 hours per week

We are one of the market leaders in student accommodation and we’re looking for a friendly and reliable House Keeper to join our residence team in our state-of-the art student accommodation in the heart of Birmingham.

You’ll be responsible for keeping communal areas and rooms clean and tidy and deep cleaning vacated rooms & kitchens where required between tenancies. Excellent attention to detail is needed to ensure everything is highly presentable and in tip top condition for the students that live with us.

Along with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.
