Job summary

Luminate Education Group is recruiting a Student Relations Officer within Study Programmes to create a safe, welcoming environment where learners can thrive and develop confidence. You will build positive relationships with learners, provide approachable support and maintain a visible presence across college.

Working with teaching, pastoral and safeguarding teams, you will respond to concerns, resolve conflicts using restorative approaches and encourage student voice and participation in college

Qualifications

• Use restorative approaches to resolve conflicts and reinforce expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for students across college.
• Build positive relationships with learners and maintain a visible presence on campus.
• Respond to student concerns and help resolve conflicts and friendship difficulties.
• Collaborate with teaching, pastoral and safeguarding teams to coordinate support.
• Encourage student voice and participation in college life.
• Record incidents and follow up agreed actions.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and safeguarding awareness.
• Work with colleagues to maintain clear boundaries and accurate records.
