Job summary

William College is seeking a Registry, Data and Compliance Officer to manage the student register, coordinate with the lead provider and ensure data integrity across the lifecycle. The role is based on-site in Stratford, London, with a salary of £31,500–£38,000 per annum and standard office hours.

The post reports to the Registry, Data and Compliance Manager and requires experience in academic administration, data analysis and regulatory compliance within higher education settings.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree is required.
  • Postgraduate degree is desirable.
  • Experience in similar administrative roles.
  • Experience in student academic administration is desirable.
  • Experience with data collection requirements (e.g., HESA) is desirable.
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the student register with accurate administration of student records.
  • Coordinate with the lead provider to align SRS records with that of the lead provider.
  • Deliver a high-quality service across the student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Update data across databases and assist with HESA submissions where applicable.
  • Provide guidance to staff on internal and external regulations and policies.
