Job summary

Inspire Education Group is seeking a Student Recruitment & IAG Officer for Peterborough College. You will support prospective and current students from first enquiry through to enrolment and beyond, delivering impartial information, guidance and outstanding customer service.

The role focuses on recruitment events, course guidance, applications and enrolment while coordinating bursaries and student support in a busy, student-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative and customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.
• Ability to provide supportive, non-judgemental advice and guidance.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience in a post-16 education environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities and events.
• Provide impartial information, advice and guidance to prospective and current students.
• Coordinate applications, interviews and enrolment processes.
• Support bursaries, financial information and transport arrangements.
• Respond to enquiries and deliver a welcoming customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor application/enrolment data.
