Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Communication/Literacy and Numeracy/Maths or willing to achieve in timescale
• Experience of dealing with people in a customer facing environment
• Experience of reception and/or clerical duties
• Knowledge of computer systems

Responsibilities

• Front-of-house reception duties for students, staff and visitors
• Operate the College's switchboard and postal services
• Assist with other clerical duties and enquiries
