Responsibilities

• Support students and hiring managers through the entire hiring process, providing friendly and professional advice.
• Manage recruitment activity, overseeing the full recruitment process for key departmental accounts, including advertising roles, shortlisting, organising interviews and providing feedback.
• Deliver seamless service operations, completing right‑to‑work checks and ensuring accurate data collection for HR/payroll processes.
• Build relationships and improve the service, proactively developing strong relationships with key hiring departments.
