• Experience leading multi-year SRS transformation programmes in higher education
• Proven ability to align IT transformations with academic and administrative goals
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders and SMEs

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage the overall SRS Transformation programme and project plans, aligning timelines, milestones, resources and interdependencies.
• Establish and lead the core programme team, governance, reporting and assurance.
• Identify and manage programme risks, budgets, resources, dependencies and milestones.
• Oversee multiple projects and technical workstreams within the transformation.
• Support business case development, including quantifying benefits and selecting future solutions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change readiness across the University.
• Lead assurance activities and gateway reviews to ensure strategic alignment.
