Job summary

Fullbrook School in Addlestone, Surrey, seeks a Progress Mentor to support students in the Learning Support Department. The role focuses on interventions for students with communication, cognition and learning needs, and behavioural or social difficulties.

You will work 16.25 hours per week during term time (8:30am-3:05pm, three days), starting as soon as possible. The post is permanent with salary on Payscale LPT4 pro rata.

Qualifications

• Interest in supporting young people.
• Ability to plan and deliver interventions for students.
• Collaborates with teaching staff to support student needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interventions to small groups or individual students.
• Liaise with teaching staff about needs and support of specific students.
