Job summary

Organon is recruiting for a STEM student to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland for a 12-month student placement to start August 2027. This hands-on opportunity will apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting while learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Chemical or Mechanical Engineering).

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and clear written/verbal communication.
• Proactive problem-solver who can work well in a team and deliver quality work on time.

Responsibilities

As an intern in our Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful execution of site-wide initiatives. Organon is recruiting for a STEM student to join us by the beginning of August 2027 for 12 months for a student placement to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic, real‑world setting while building relationships and learning from experienced professionals.

During your 12-month placement, you’ll be involved in:

• Assisting with the delivery of key site projects, working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to meet defined timelines.
• Supporting the validation process through the creation and execution of essential documentation.
• Leading and implementing engineering continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring full compliance with our company’s policies, procedures, and global standards, including cGMP and regulatory requirements.

We’re looking for someone who is:
