Job summary

Organon is recruiting for a STEM student to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland for a 12-month student placement to start August 2027. This hands-on opportunity will apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting while learning from experienced professionals.

During the placement you will assist with site projects, support the validation process through essential documentation, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Chemical or Mechanical Engineering).
• Entering 3rd or penultimate year and returning to studies after placement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and clear written/verbal communication.
• Proactive problem-solver who can work well in a team and deliver quality work on time.

Responsibilities

• Aid in delivering key site projects with cross-functional teams and meet timelines.
• Support validation through creation and execution of essential documentation.
• Lead and implement engineering continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and global standards (cGMP/regulatory).
