Job summary

onlyFE is seeking a proactive candidate to support work placement officers within Construction Crafts and Building Services. You will deliver excellent customer service to students and employers, and assist with health and safety assessments after training.

You will book interventions, support the placement management system, assist with bursary forms, and help achieve placement targets, while fostering strong relationships with students and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with students, employers and staff.
• Experience using spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• Willingness to complete health and safety training.
• Ability to create reports for the team.

Responsibilities

• Support students dropping in and booking work placement interventions.
• Assist with using the work placement management system.
• Help complete bursary forms and related paperwork.
• Contribute to achieving placement targets for study programmes and industry placements.
• Build positive relationships with students, tutors and support staff.
