Job summary

Manchester Metropolitan University seeks a Placement Engagement Co-ordinator to inspire students to engage with placements and work-based learning while they study. You will design and deliver workshops, digital resources and campaigns to improve employability and collaboration with CES colleagues to maximise student success.

You will work from campus with flexibility for at least three days per week, using data to tailor support and evaluate impact across diverse student groups.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally to a diverse range of recipients.
• Experience planning, delivering or evaluating activities for large audiences, using data to prioritise effort and maximise impact.
• Ability to make presentations and conduct group workshops.
• Confidence in analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, target support and measure success.
• Strong networking, negotiating and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience demonstrating excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to gain a full understanding of the services provided and customer needs to provide accurate help and promote services to existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities
