Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking an enthusiastic School Liaison Officer (maternity cover) to join our team. The role focuses on raising aspirations, strengthening partnerships with schools and colleges, and supporting student recruitment across Further Education and Higher Education.

You will represent B&FC at events, deliver engaging activities for young people, and act as a trusted ambassador for the college's portfolio of opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with target schools, colleges, and local agencies as the main B&FC contact.
• Align activities with the National Careers agenda to help young people choose futures.
• Coordinate key events like Year 10 Taster Days and other school engagement activities.
• Evaluate liaison work and report on outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
