The role focuses on raising aspirations, strengthening partnerships with schools and colleges, and supporting student recruitment across Further Education and Higher Education.

You will represent B&FC at events, deliver engaging activities for young people, and act as a trusted ambassador for the college's portfolio of opportunities.

• Coordinate key events like Year 10 Taster Days and other school engagement activities.

You'll represent B&FC at a range of events, deliver engaging activities for young people, and act as a trusted ambassador for the College's full portfolio of opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

As a School Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Building and managing strong relationships with target secondary schools, sixth forms, colleges, careers leads, parents, and local agencies acting as the key B&FC contact for your allocated institutions.
• Aligning activities with the National Careers agenda, supporting young people to make informed decisions about their future pathways.
• Coordinating key events, including annual Year 10 Taster Days and bespoke school engagement activities across curriculum areas.
• Evaluating and reporting on the success of liaison work, ensuring continuous improvement and a consistently high-quality service.
