Job summary

East Lancashire Learning Group is seeking an Academic and Technical Education Mentor (Schools Liaison Officer) to build and develop relationships with schools, promote post-16 education, and support broader marketing and events.

You will create engaging sessions for students and parents, travel across Lancashire campuses, and work with curriculum teams to deliver activities aligned with school KPIs. The role offers varied, fast-paced work with opportunities to make a real impact.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Ability to build effective school partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Promote East Lancashire Learning Group's post-16 education to feeder schools.
• Develop and deliver school activities aligned to KPIs.
• Coordinate school activity plans including classroom sessions and events.
• Build relationships with school contacts and delivery partners.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to create work-based opportunities.
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions to students and parents.
