Job summary

Rugby School is seeking a Minibus Driver to transport day students between local locations. The role requires a full UK D1 driving licence and 2+ years of D1 experience, with MiDAS training preferred. You will need to build strong relationships with pupils and navigate local roads efficiently.

Term-time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with DBS checks and safeguarding adherence as part of the process. Salary is £13.26 per hour, with a strong benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK D1 driving licence.
• At least 2 years' D1 driving experience.
• Ability to build excellent relationships with young people.
• Knowledge of local area roads to find alternative routes when needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport day students to Old Buckenham School in the morning and back in the evening (2 hours each).
• Work Monday to Friday during term time.
• Maintain safety and safeguarding in line with school policy.
