Job summary

SGS College is seeking a Personal and Social Development Coordinator to support enrichment and tutorial delivery across Filton and WISE campuses. You will plan and deliver enrichment opportunities that strengthen the learner community and raise achievement, while shaping the SGSPLUS+ tutorial programme to reflect student needs and societal issues.

The role requires organisational, creative thinking and a collaborative approach to deliver high-quality experiences that prepare learners for life

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enrichment and tutorial provision.
• Understanding of key societal issues including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
• Ability to plan and coordinate enrichment activities across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrichment activity in line with the SGSPlus+ programme.
• Face-to-face delivery of college enrichment activity.
• Assist in delivery of enrichment events held at SGS College Campuses.
• Be a positive role model and a key contact for the student community.
• Plan, co-ordinate and deliver inclusive events developing knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Oversee creation and execution of campus learner clubs and societies.
