Job summary

SGS College Group in Filton seeks a Personal and Social Development Coordinator to plan and deliver enrichment and tutorial provision across campuses. You will coordinate enrichment activities, deliver face-to-face sessions, and support student community wellbeing.

The role requires strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and a full UK driving licence for inter-campus travel; 37 hours per week, permanent contract, salary up to £28,050.

Qualifications

  • Project management and ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
  • Understanding of key societal issues including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Innovative approach to personal and social development provision.
  • Organisational skills for tracking and monitoring projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate enrichment activity in line with the SGSPlus+ programme.
  • Face-to-face delivery of college enrichment activity in line with the SGS+ framework.
  • Assist in the delivery of enrichment events across SGS College campuses.
  • Be a positive role model and a key contact for the student community.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and deliver inclusive events to develop skills and behaviours.
  • Oversee learner clubs and societies to enhance learner culture.
