Job summary

SGS College is seeking a Personal and Social Development Coordinator to support the SGSPLUS+ team across Filton and WISE campuses. You will plan, coordinate and deliver enrichment opportunities that strengthen student community and raise achievement.

The role shapes tutorial content to boost life and career skills, promote wellbeing, and include guest speakers, trips, and social events. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
• Innovative approach to personal and social development provision.
• Strong organisational skills for tracking and monitoring projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrichment activity in line with the SGSPlus+ programme.
• Face-to-face delivery of college enrichment activity in line with the SGS+ framework.
• Assist in delivery of enrichment events held at SGS College Campuses.
• Be a positive role model and a key contact for the student community.
• Plan, co-ordinate and deliver a range of inclusive events that develop knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Oversee creation and execution of campus-based learner clubs and societies.
