Nexus ERP Limited in Bristol is seeking a driven Lettings Student Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of student properties and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. The role focuses on tenancy guidance, legal compliances and high service standards.

You’ll handle property inspections, renewals, referencing, and change-over procedures, with in-house training including a Level 3 NVQ ARLA/MNAEA equivalent to support your professional development.

Qualifications

• Customer service and organisation skills essential for managing properties and tenants.
• Experience in lettings/property management strongly preferred.
• IT literacy and proficiency with standard property software.
• ARLA/MNAEA-equivalent qualification training provided (Level 3 NVQ).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of student properties and liaise with landlords/tenants.
• Coordinate property inspections and feedback to landlords.
• Ensure legal compliance and renew tenancy agreements and rent policies.
• Handle referencing, applications, and tenancy agreements.
• Manage check-out procedures and property change-overs.
• Answer phone inquiries and provide professional support.
