Student Lettings and Property Management Consultant
Location: Nottingham
Salary: 27,500- 35,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Bonus & Benefits
Job Type: Full-time

A leading, forward-thinking property firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Lettings and Property Management Consultant to join their Nottingham-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, working with a well-established brand that values innovation and professionalism in the student housing sector.

The company specialises in both traditional HMO housing and PBSA developments, and is dedicated to enhancing the student living experience for landlords and tenants alike. This is a fantastic role for someone with a progressive attitude and strong industry knowledge, looking to grow within a high-performing and supportive team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of student properties from lettings through to full property management.

  • Work closely with experienced negotiators and administrators to achieve successful lettings.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and health & safety requirements.

  • Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and guarantors.

  • Oversee maintenance and repairs for managed properties.

  • Handle inventories, property visits, check-outs, and deposit disputes.

  • Regularly review and report on property performance.



Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in student lettings and property management is essential.

  • Strong understanding of property compliance and safety regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Competent in administration and comfortable using IT systems.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
