Lettings Property Consultant
Nottingham
£25,000 to £30,000
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the team to achieve successful letting of all instructions.
  2. Create successful tenancy setups with knowledge of all legal requirements.
  3. Maintain clear communication between landlords, tenants, and guarantors to ensure swift applications and build successful reports.
  4. Manage the property portfolio to ensure it is well maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations, which is paramount.
  5. Oversee, organize, and manage repairs and maintenance of managed properties.
  6. Process visits, check-out, and inventory reports for managed properties, and handle deposit disputes.
  7. Perform general administration and collaborate closely with the team.
  8. Conduct regular stock reviews of lettings properties and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Attributes
  1. Experience in Lettings & Management is essential.
  2. Strong knowledge of property safety compliance.
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills; you will be a primary contact for our Landlord clients.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Good general education, including administration, presentation, numerical ability, and PC skills.
  6. Ability to follow company procedures and processes.
