Job summary

Bedford College Group is seeking an Inclusion & Development Coordinator in Bedford to coordinate learner support, identify barriers to attendance, and deliver targeted interventions. You will work with curriculum teams and external partners to ensure wellbeing, inclusivity, and progression, while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires Level 3+ with GCSE English/Maths, safeguarding knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 or above with GCSE English and Maths.
• Experience in student support, guidance, coaching or mentoring.
• Strong safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion understanding.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Organised, able to manage sensitive information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Learner support & intervention coordination to improve wellbeing and progression.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams and external partners to provide inclusive support.
• Promote learner wellbeing and manage safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain intervention records and produce progress reports.
