Job summary

Yugo Birmingham is hiring a Customer Sales Manager to drive occupancy, revenue and student retention across the residence. You will own the customer journey from enquiry to booking, lead tours, and develop local partnerships with universities and education agents to secure bookings.

Working with the Residence Manager and Finance teams, you will manage student accounts, arrears, and reporting, while delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to campus community initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales, leasing, customer account management or revenue-focused role.
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy, sales or revenue targets.
• Experience managing customer accounts, payment plans or arrears processes.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and create actionable plans.
• Resilience, adaptability and strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupancy and revenue targets for the residence and lead local sales strategies.
• Own the customer journey from enquiry through to booking, conducting property tours and follow-ups.
• Drive re-booking campaigns to maximise resident retention and upsell opportunities.
• Manage student accounts, arrears processes, and payment plans in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Develop university and education-partner relationships to generate referrals and bookings.
• Lead customer experience initiatives to improve satisfaction and renewals, and support complaint resolution.
