Job summary

Yugo USA LLC. is seeking a friendly Sales & Service Associate for our Hatfield residence. You will handle resident queries with empathy, support sales and marketing efforts, maintain the resident database, and help plan engaging student events.

The role is a 14-month fixed-term contract starting 16 November 2026, involving 40 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly rate and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Be super personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with people.
• Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Be really organised and able to spin lots of plates at once.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents.
• First response to queries, issues, incidents and complaints, escalating when needed.
• Assist in sales and marketing to keep residences full.
• Follow operating procedures and maintain resident welfare and safety.
• Organise and communicate social events for residents.
• Fulfill health and safety duties as required.
