UCS College Group is seeking a Student Experience Officer based at Cannington to lead development and delivery of student-led clubs and societies, working with the Students' Union to ensure equitable access to enriching opportunities that promote personal growth, leadership and community engagement.

The role also coordinates wellbeing mentoring for residential learners, with focus on safeguarding, under-18 provision, and supporting students to mentor, self-assess, set targets and review

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of student-led clubs and societies, working with the Students' Union to promote inclusive opportunities and student leadership.
• Co-ordinate and monitor wellbeing mentoring for residential learners and ensure safeguarding of students, including under-18 provision.
• Plan and deliver enrichment activities that add value to residential life and support independent living.
• Provide tailored support, personal targets and progress reviews to individual students across UCS College Group.
