Job summary

The University of Manchester is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Student Support & Wellbeing Team. You will provide clerical and front-line services, helping maintain a positive student experience across the SMS Student Support Hub and Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Team.

This role requires compassionate communication, reliable teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 to assist with events, signposting, and everyday admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Experience supporting student services or similar teams is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality frontline service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for student support and wellbeing queries.
• Signpost students to appropriate University services and support.
• Assist with planning/delivery of wellbeing events and campaigns.
• Support administrative processes for student experience and wellbeing.
