Job summary

London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine is seeking a Student Surveys & Projects Officer to lead the administration and delivery of institutional student surveys and support related projects. The role reports to the Student Experience Manager.

You will develop surveys, analyse feedback and data, produce reports and recommendations, and contribute to student experience initiatives in collaboration with colleagues and the SRC.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification or relevant experience.
• Experience of surveys, feedback or evaluation.
• Experience with collaborative project work.
• Ability to analyse and present data.
• Understanding of student experience and survey methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and delivery of institutional student surveys.
• Develop surveys, analyse feedback and data, produce reports and recommendations.
• Contribute to student experience initiatives and events in collaboration with colleagues and the Students’ Representative Council (SRC).
• Report to the Student Experience Manager.
