Job summary

The University of Southampton's Student Experience Directorate is seeking a Student Experience Development Supervisor to influence the student journey at a Russell Group institution, in a collaborative environment where ideas make a tangible difference.

Reporting to the Student Experience Development Managers, you will supervise administrators in a matrix structure, support projects and student voice activities, and engage with students, academic partners and professional services to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in student experience or education sector is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good data analysis and interpretation ability.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects and student voice activities across the university.
• Analyse data, feedback and insight to inform service development.
• Contribute to Welcome and Graduation events and other major activities.
• Engage with students, academic partners and professional services through meetings and workshops.
• Balance competing priorities, work independently and as part of a team.
