Job summary

ICMP London is seeking a Student Advisor for our Kilburn and Queen's Park campuses. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for students, visitors and staff, delivering accurate information in person, on the phone, and online to support a positive student experience.

This on-site role involves assisting with enrolment, inductions, open days and graduation activities, coordinating with teams and ensuring timely responses across channels.

Qualifications

• Deliver professional, welcoming reception support to applicants, students, visitors and staff.
• Respond promptly and accurately to student enquiries via in-person, telephone, and email channels.
• Assess the complexity and urgency of enquiries and refer to appropriate teams or services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, welcoming reception support to applicants, students, visitors and staff.
• Respond promptly and accurately to student enquiries via in-person, telephone, and email channels.
• Assess the complexity and urgency of enquiries and refer to appropriate teams or services.
• Support key student lifecycle events such as Enrolment, Induction, Open Days, and Graduation.
• Monitor and manage enquiries through email inboxes and Microsoft Teams to ensure timely responses.
• Assist with the training and support of Student Ambassadors in front desk duties.
• Complete required training including CAS, Health and Safety, First Aid, and Fire Marshal.
