Job summary

ICMP London is seeking a Student Advisor to be the welcoming first point of contact for students, visitors and staff at Kilburn and Queen's Park campuses. You will provide clear, timely information across in-person, phone and online channels to ensure a positive student experience aligned with ICMP’s standards.

• Experience in reception or front-of-house roles.
• Ability to respond to enquiries clearly and promptly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional reception support to applicants, students, visitors and staff.
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone and via email.
• Assess complexity/urgency of enquiries and refer to teams as needed.
• Support student lifecycle events: enrolment, induction, open days, graduation.
• Monitor and manage enquiries through inboxes and Teams to ensure timely responses.
• Assist with training and support of Student Ambassadors at front desk duties.
