Student Enrolments Advisor / Consultant | EdTech | Sales

Join an EdTech community focused on student success. Our client is seeking a dynamic Enrolment Advisor to support prospective students through postgraduate enrolments with international universities. Your role involves engaging, guiding, and inspiring learners to advance their education and careers.

Your Mission

To educate, consult, support, and enrol suitable applicants into Career Accelerator programmes, delivering exceptional service, customer experience, and sales performance as part of a global team.

Responsibilities
  1. Guide prospective students through application and enrolment processes.
  2. Influence customer decisions to drive enrolments using sales skills and intuition.
  3. Contact leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy.
  4. Utilise CRM tools (HubSpot) to track and optimise the enrolment journey.
  5. Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
  6. Collaborate with sales and support teams for smooth student transitions.
  7. Promote the value propositions of partner brands and programmes.
  8. Engage in training, upskilling, and special projects for continuous improvement.
  9. Encourage referrals to grow student numbers.
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in high-value consumer services or products; experience in education is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, video, and written formats.
