Plumpton College is seeking an Enquiries, Advice, and Guidance Adviser to deliver excellent customer service. You will guide prospective students with accurate information on admissions, fees, and courses, across in person, phone, and online channels.

You will support the admissions team, ensuring a smooth journey for applicants, and collaborate with internal teams while attending college events as our ambassador.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-volume customer service.
• Strong organisational skills with tight deadlines.
• IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and database management.

Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries across in person, phone, and online channels.
• Provide detailed information on admissions, fees, and courses.
• Support admissions team to ensure a smooth applicant journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams and represent Plumpton College at events.
